In the Human Resources Department, we prioritize the growth and development of our members and leaders. If you become an HR manager, you will not only see and help others grow, but you will also be fostering your own growth through continuous pushing and decisive initiative to help our department in its thrusts. The HR EB and your fellow managers will be helping you reach your full potential even beyond your projects. One of the most amazing parts of being an HR manager is that you grow and help others grow simultaneously. You could become a mentor and even a mentee. What you learn is all dependent on what you allow yourself to learn.

2. The HR Department is a #HRStrong Family

Once you become an HR manager, you will be welcomed with the biggest smiles and warmest hugs. The #HRStrong Family is one of the closest and most dedicated teams in Celadon. As a department, we work hard to make our projects successful, but we also play hard as proven by our numerous UBEs (ultimate bonding experience). You will always have Joshua, Shaina and Charles (your HR EB), along with 10 other amazing managers like you, who will always have your back. In your gloomiest days, your #HRStrong Family will always be there to make you smile. We will not just be Human Resources; we will be your family.

3. As an HR manager, you will be able to inspire other Celadoneans through your projects.

Not everyone gets the chance to inspire other people, but as an HR manager, you will be able to do that through your own respective projects. The HR Department is geared towards empowering our members, and we will need your help in doing so. In the HR Department, expressing yourself and your love for the organization will help you make a great and inspirational project!

4. You will have one exciting and fulfilling year!

Rest assured, becoming an HR Manager will be worthwhile. After going through all the hardships and obstacles for your project, you will probably want to do it again and again each and every time you see the results of your work. Engaging and developing our members is no easy task, but one of the greatest feelings in the world is knowing that your job actually created a positive outcome for them. You will see how a member blossoms into a dedicated and impressive leader of the organization after going through your project. That indescribable feeling will be enough reason for you to want to do it all over again. Join us in the HR Department and see how fulfilling being a project manager can be.

Family is one of the core competencies and prides of Celadon, and it is the HR department which establishes and grows this family. Of course, behind this growth are the numerous projects and initiatives that are headed by our project managers, and therefore as an aspiring HR manager, you are applying to be one of the people who will nurture this family, make it even better, and safeguard this tight bond from anything and anyone who might endanger it.
