YOU ARE ONE OF THE FIRST EVER FINANCE DEPUTIES. YES, YOU ARE SPECIAL!
Who wouldn’t want to be the original and the pioneer set of finance officers in Celadon? This year, aside from the FIN managers, the department has decided to add deputies to the family and provide the full experience of what FIN is all about. Of course, as our organization grows, our department needs more awesome people to keep track of the ins and outs of its money. You can make FIN a better department than it ever was.
YOU ARE THE FIN’S OFFICIAL SPOKESPERSON.
You will be deployed as finance heads for various Celadon projects. Think of handling a project’s funds and working closely with the project managers and core team! You are the bridge of the projects to the FIN EB, essentially their trustworthy direct link to FIN. You keep track of the financial transactions of your assigned projects and prepare necessary financial paperwork. You got this!
YOU ARE NOT DAUNTED TO HANDLE FUNDS.
You will oversee the revenues and expenses, monitor the cash flows, and accomplish some finance paperwork. If you’re worried about not having any experience, don’t worry because the FIN EB’s got your back! We will provide training sessions and make sure you are more than ready to represent FIN. Nothing is too difficult for a Finance Deputy!
YOU KNOW HOW TO COMMIT YOURSELF TO THE ASSIGNED PROJECTS.
Like any other head, you are attached to your assigned project and strive to make it the best. You make do with what you have and use it efficiently before, during, and after the project execution. Not to mention you get to be a part of different departments at the same time! People who know how to commit to a good relationship can do a great job as a committed Finance Deputy.
YOU ARE PART OF A ~COOL~ DEPARTMENT.
Unlike before, FIN is now opening its doors to more awesome people! If the idea of being a project manager is not your cup of tea, try being a Finance Deputy instead! Grab this chance to become part of something new. This year’s FIN EB consist of the VP, Irish, and the two AVPs, Cindy and Hazel, and they all want to make a greater Celadon with you. They also like counting money and (at least) feel rich when they do. Each of the FIN EB are different in their own way, but quirky and skilled all the same.
